Refund policy

Unfortunately, there are no returns or exchanges on items purchased in-store, online or placed on layaway. All Sales are Final. We are committed to working very closely with you to do everything possible to make sure that there will not be any problems with your purchase. Please note that due to seasonality, size and color availability may be limited.

Abandoned and/or Layaway Merchandise Not Picked Up:

If you have not picked up the merchandise for which you have paid for within 30 days after the wear date and/or last payment date (whichever comes first), will be considered abandoned and your rights to the merchandise will terminate. This policy also applies to orders not paid in full within 30 days after the Layaway Period. During this 30 day period, The Quince Of Your Dreams will use reasonable efforts to try to contact you by phone, text, and/or email, of which you have provided to The Quince Of Your Dreams, to request that you pick up your merchandise. If you are unreachable or unresponsive to The Quince Of Your Dreams communications, your rights to the merchandise will terminate and all monies paid would be forfeit.
